Chef Elisa Hindes is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Portland. She has a wide variety of experience in both the sweet and savory sides of the kitchen. As well as previously operating her own coffee cart and catering company, she has also cooked for Whole Foods, worked as a culinary instructor for Sur La Table, and even did a stint as a pastry chef on a train. Chef Elisa has spent the last 6 years working as a personal chef, specializing in cooking healthy cuisine for her clients. Now she offers a weekly menu of healthy prepared meals to anyone who needs delicious, convenient meals delivered to their home or office. Additionally, Chef Elisa is available for Raclette party catering and offers a menu of charcuterie boards.
